Welcome to my practice. I’m Gillian, a qualified Psychodynamic therapist.
I am an experienced and empathetic Therapist with particular expertise in helping resolve complex relationship issues, including:
– past trauma/childhood issues
– dealing with the emotional trauma of abusive relationships (both physical and emotional)
– navigating relationship issues – whether with your parents, partner, friends
– helping build self esteem and restore the most important relationship you have, with yourself
I have a strong track record for helping my clients to understand themselves better and to address the emotional stress and challenges they are facing. Together, we will get to the root the issues that are affecting you.

I completed my training at the highly regarded Enfield Counselling & Psychotherapy Service.
I’m a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) & BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council).
